Dr. Oz says that this year is the year that your weight loss resolutions can finally come true. No more saying that your going to lose weight, this year will be the year that you do it! He brought on a guest from Weight Watchers to show you how. Also on today’s show Jennifer Hudson talks about her Weight Watchers Diet Plan and how she lost all of her weight!
Dr. Oz said that if you make a New Years resolution you are TEN times more likely to be successful at losing weight than someone who doesn’t make a resolution. It’s not even mid January, so it’s not too late to make 2012 the year you finally meat all of your weight loss goals.
