Nori, Wakame, and Kombu Seaweed Health Benefits on Dr. Oz Show
On today’s (December 22, 2011) Dr. Oz show, he did a segment featuring the many benefits of three kinds of seaweed : Nori, Wakame, and Kombu. He had on Dr. Maoshing, Ni to talk about the many anti-aging, and health benefits associated with seaweed.
Nori Seaweed An An Anti-Inflammatory
Dr. Ni said that seaweed is an integral part of the Asian diet, but that it isn’t necessarily an Asian food. He said that is regularly used in Scottland, and Ireland but called by different names. He said that there are over 20 different types of seaweeds that you can eat.
