Burn Fat With Riboflavin
Riboflavin is vitamin B2 and it can help to burn fat. The B2 Vitamin is the one who helps all the other B vitamins do their jobs in your body like they are meant to do. You can get more Riboflavin into your diet in many ways. 2% milk is one way to get more Riboflavin. Dr Oz prefers %2 milk over skim milk because studies have shown it’s actually better for you if you want to lose weight. He recommends 3 8 ounce glasses of %2 milk each day.
Turnip Greens Have Calcium Which Helps To Burn Fat
Dr Oz said that calcium is one of the most common elements in our body. As a secret weapon to fight fat eat one cup of turnip greens to help remove fat from your body.
Weapons To Fight Fatigue – Iron
Iron deficiency is the most common deficiency we have in America. Lentils are a great souce of iron and have twice as much iron as what a steak would have. Wow, never would have thought that. Iron helps support your red blood cells which carry oxygen throughout your body. If you are deficient you will likely feel fatigued. Dr Oz suggests eating 1 cup of cooked lentils per day. Another tip would be to add a source of Vitamin C to your diet because Vitamin C helps increase iron absorption in your body. He said you can get your Vitamin C through a food or a drink.
Magnesium To Fight Fatigue
Magnesium helps your metabolic process. Corn is high in magnesium and eating 1 1/2 cups per day you will have enough magnesium to fight off fatigue and your energy will be boosted.
