Wu-Wei Zi Tea Recipe
- Add 1 tablespoon of dried Schizandra berries in steeper to 1 cup boiling water
- Reduce to low heat
- Steep 15 minutes
- Add lemon or honey if you desire (Dr Oz said it didn’t really even need it!)

Pina says that rose hip powder is a wonderful alternative to lower high blood pressure. She said that Rose Hip Powder is a natural diuretic, has powerful antioxidants, and increases the nitric oxide in the body which allow blood vessels to relax. Pina recommends adding rose hip powder to your food. She suggested adding 3/4 teaspoon to 1 serving of apple sauce. Do this twice a day.
