Dr Oz Ultimate 10 Day Diet Plan To Lose Weight Fast

She said that it’s important that you stop making excuses and lose your “fear of failure”. This is her ultimate 10 day diet plan to get your fit and trim.
Cauliflower Popcorn Recipe
Combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds, 2 heads of cauliflower and bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Although it wasn’t featured on this episode I’d also suggest mashed cauliflower. It’s really delicious and is a great alternative for mashed potatoes!
Dr Oz Fat Flush Water Recipe
Drink at least 3 eight ounce glasses of the Fat Flush Water Recipe each day during the 10 day ultimate diet plan.
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 peppermint leaves
The cucumbers help you feel satiated and ward off hunger cravings. The peppermint adds a refreshing zesty taste and also calms your stomach.
Zucchini Pasta Recipe
Whenever possible choose green carbohydrates over brown carbs. They are generally lower in calories and have a lower glycemic index.
- Slice zucchine
- Sautee in a tablespoon of oil
Another great suggestion would be to wrap your meats and vegetables in lettuce rather than bread. I occasionally do this with turkey and tomato sandwiches and it works out great. Seems more juicy!
Super Spice Protein
Spicing up your food is a great way to adding flavor to your protein meals. Mix chili powder, tumeric, and mustard seeds. Add this mixture to your fish, chicken, or any other lean meat.
7 Layer Dip
At the end of today’s show Dr Oz gave his bonus tip for the day. It was his 7 layer dip to fight fat. Listed below are the ingredients for the 7 layer dip fat fighting recipe :
- 4 Cups of shredded lettuce
- Mashed avocado (3 medium avocados) The healthy fats in avocados will help control your blood sugar and cravings.
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups of greek yogurt
- 1 package of low sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1 can of black beans
- 3 medium tomatoes (diced)
- Reduced fat cheddar cheese
