Regardless if you have a pear or apple shaped body, Dr Oz talked about solutions to help you meet your weight loss goals. He invited Dr Mark Liponis on to the show to talk about Chromium Polyniconate and DIM supplements.

Dr Liponis said that Chromium Polynicotinate is especially helpful for “hunters” (people with belly fat) because it improves your body’s sensitivity to insulin. Dr Oz says that they have found out that it just may matter what the most beneficial time of the day to exercise is. Usually the hunters (belly fat) eat most often during the evening. He says after a big meal in the evening people with big bellies should go take a walk.
