Papaya Smoothie and Salad Recipes, MAC Eye Cream
The final two segments on today’s Dr. Oz Show talked about anti-aging secrets, as well as two delicious recipes to make a Papaya Smoothie and Salad. Lisa Freeman, who is the editor and chief of Shopsmart magazine joined Dr. Oz to talk about the best best anti-wrinkle products. Lisa said that there are many products that really work and are just as good or better than overpriced (and sometimes useless) products that don’t.
Papaya Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients :
- 1 Papaya
- 1/4 cup of frozen Papaya juice
- 2 cups of milk (they didn’t mention if skim or whole milk was preferred)
- 1 banana
- 2 ice cubes
- Mix in blender or processor
- Enjoy your Papaya smoothie!
Papaya Salad Recipe
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Papaya
- 1 Lime
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
