The Whole30 Diet / Elimination Plan has gone viral and has swept the nation.  You may have heard about "The Whole 30", but what is it really all about?  Dr. Oz and Melissa Hartwig breaks down the Whole30 and what cooking and eating clean really means.  You may be surprised at what you will learn.  Losing a lot of weight has never been so simple, but there are foods that you will need to eliminate so you can lose weight and welcome spring with a healthier YOU in only 30 days.  They also share Whole30 recipes including the depricated pizza recipe, Thai Beef,

Whole30 Deconstructed Pizza Recipe

Each serving contains 388 calories



  • 1 cup master recipe of ground meat
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary and oregano
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 5 sliced black olives


Combine and try adding mushrooms, zuchini and kale. 

Enjoy your "Deconstructed Pizza"

Whole30 Sweet Potato Hash Recipe


  • 1 cup master recipe of ground meat
  • 1/8 tsp each paprika and cinnamon
  • 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sauteed green bell peppers


Combine and top with fried or poached eggs.

Whole30 Thai Basil Beef Recipe

1 serving = 461 calories.


  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup red pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup master recipe of ground meat
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut aminos
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves

Preparation Directions :

Sautée green beans and red pepper. Then, mix the ground meat, lime juice and basil leaves. Top with squeeze of lime juice for added zing.
