Dr. Oz said that how flexible your body is often a good indicator of how flexible your arteries are.  Stretching may have more benefits than what you originally thought right?  In just one week you can improve your bodies flexibility and improve the flexibility of your arteries at the same time!

To further demonstrate what he was talking about, Dr. Oz asked a participant from the audience (named Lynn) to put on some gloves. He gave Lynn a real artery to examine and feel.  She noticed how flexible it was.  You need your arteries to be flexible so blood can easily pass through. Dr. Oz then allowed Lynn to handle another artery.  This one wasn’t nearly as flexible.  This artery was unflexible and the person likely suffered from heart disease.  Dr. Oz compared it to uncooked pasta.
