Big Bottom Busting Red Clover Meal

  • 2 Cups of red clover tea
  • 1 Cup of whole wheat pasta
  • 2/3 Cups of cooked chicken strips
  • 2 Cups of vegetables
  • 1 Can of tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of edamame

The fat busting ingredient in this recipe is the Red Clover.   It helps to regulate your estrogen levels. Dr. Oz recommends having this meal every day in place of a meal for 5 consecutive days to help alter the way your body stores fat.

Big Belly Busting Recipe

Big belly fat can be dangerous because of the fat stores near the heart. It can rais your risk of diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Simply trimming 2 inches from your belly can cut your risk of heart disease in half!

  • 3 Cups of baby spinach
  • 1/2 Cup of corn
  • 1/2 cup of black beans
  • 1/4 cup of red onions
  • 1/4 cup of avocado cut into slices
  • 1/2 Cup of salsa
  • 1 Tablespoon of low fat sour cream

L-Carnitine is an amino acid that stimulates your growth hormone and will help you burn fat.  Dr. Oz suggests combining this with Vitamin C for 5 consecutive days.

Big Thighs Fat Busting Liquid Lunch Protein Drink Recipe

  • 1 cup of water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 Scoop of whey protein
  • 1/2 banana
  • handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 pack flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa
  • White kidney bean extract
