Dr Oz, Green Coffee Bean Extract as Plastic Surgery Alternative To Liposuction

Thinking about having plastic surgery to enhance your appearance?  Before you take the plunge to shell out all that money (and potential risks) make sure you know about some of the alternatives that Dr Oz talked about on today’s show.  Dr Oz invited a plastic surgeon (Dr Anthony Youn) on to his show to talk about plastic surgery secrets that you may not be aware of.  For instance did you know that a liposuction procedure can potentially cause fat to come back in different areas of the body? Improperly injected fillers can cause blindness? Wrinkle fillers can cause rashes? Breast implants can cause “sagging” breasts to sag even more?  Before you go under the knife, you should at least be aware of plastic surgery alternatives that really do work, are cheaper, and much safer.  Also be sure to check what are Paula Abdul’s Beauty Secrets are to looking young.

Green Coffee Bean Extract Alternative To Liposuction

Dr Youn revealed a plastic surgery secret that really shocked me.  He said that fat sucked out during liposuction will come back somewhere else.  He referred to this as the “Popeye Effect”.  If you have fat removed from the legs it can come back in your arms. Wow, that kind of scares me just a bit.

An alternative to liposuction is green coffee bean extract. Dr Oz has talked about green coffee bean’s fat burning ability in a recent episode. Green coffee bean extract slows down the rate at which glucose is released in your body.  Take this supplement after meals.

Brow Lift Plastic Surgery Alternative

Dr Youn said that you can get similar results to a brow lift (which is very expensive) by doing a brow wax or tweezing.  A brow lift procedure can cost up to 5 grand! Not too mention the recovery time it takes after the surgery.

Retinol Cream, Botox, and Fillers

Dr Oz said blindness can be the result of improperly injected fillers. There have been some cases where people suffered irreversible blindness from this procedure.  If you decide that you want to have plastic surgery make sure that you find a surgeon that is board certified.

Instead of fillers, Botox may be a better option for you.  The cost for a botox treatment is approximately 500 dollars.  If you want to go a cheaper route, retinol creams have been show to effectively diminish wrinkles and tighten the skin.  You can buy retinol creams over the counter for less than 30 bucks.  I think I’m going to go the “under 30 bucks” route!
