How to Repair Hair Damaged by Extensions
After you remove hair extensions that have been in for weeks, months or even years you need to re-nourish and replenish your hair. Use natural ingredients like coconut oil to help penetrate the hair shaft.. If your hair isn’t growing well (or at all) after you taking out an extension you should cut off the dead ends and take a break from adding any more extensions to give your hair time to heal.
Repair Brittle Nails
Your nails can get very brittle after getting gel manicures or acrylics. To help repair brittle nails you should cover them in apricot oil and vitamin E. Then add on some plastic gloves to allow the oils time to penetrate the nails. You can also eat foods that are high in Omega 3 fatty acids like avocados, chia seeds, walnuts and salmon.
Best Leggings by Body Type
If you carry your weight around your midsection – High waisted leggings your best bet. The high waist will give you a slimming appearance around your hips and stomach. Black is the best color for this body type. The Curvinista recommends a high waisted leggings matched up with an off the shoulder v-neck sweater for a fashionable look that is slimming as well as comfortable.
Curvinista Recommends Thick Leggings For Women Who Carry Weight Around Waist and Hips
If you tend to carry your weight around your hips and thighs thick leggings are your best bet. This is because thinner leggings can stretch too far over your lower half and they will become sheer, which may not be the look that your going for! The Curvinista recommended wearing a duster shirt with ankle boosts to match your leggings for this body type.
Patterned Leggings For “All Over” Body Type
If your weight is evenly distributed all over your body rather than concentrated around certain areas like the hips or thighs (for example), pattern leggings would look best on you. The patterned “busy” print helps to define your shape. The Curvinista recommended wearing your patterned leggings with a solid color top.
