Nut Cheese Recipe
First of all you will want to soak almonds overnight. The next morning you rinse off that water and replace with fresh water. You then pour the soaked almonds into a blender. Rocco said that he prefers not to peel the almonds because of the fiber that the outer layer provides (Dr. Oz agreed), but you can peel them if you would like. You then blend the almonds into a puree like texture. Pour the almonds into a bowl and then sprinkle in some sea salt. Add some lemon juice into the nut cheese to give it that “Ricotta Cheese” tang and your done
