Add some (or all) of these to your salad to reduce belly bloating. The cucumbers also contain quercetin which as been shown to reduce belly bloat. The asparagus contains prebiotics which help feed the good bacteria in your stomach. The spinach is a great source of magnesium which helps your colon contract and move along your digestion. For Dinner Eat Lean Protein and Fennel Tea
During dinner you will want to be sure to avoid simple sugar carbs which cause your insulin to spike. Lean protein is a good way to avoid this. Chicken, turkey or salmon are great options, but you can eat any lean protein that you prefer. Also have Fennel tea with your meal. Fennel contains compounds that are great for your digestive system. They help gas to pass and relieves your body of bloating.
Snack on Zero Sugar Treats
In between meals you may want to snack. Instead of reaching for the sweets you should eat snacks that don’t contain simple sugars. A banana blueberry smoothie or spicy popcorn would be two good options.
